Professional Disclosure: Diana Luu earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and master’s degree in Counseling both from The University of Texas at San Antonio. She is an LPC-S in the state of Texas. She has been working in private practice since she graduated with her master’s in 2012 and has worked in a variety of mental health settings from 2012 to the present. The focus of her private practice work has been focused towards working with adults in individual counseling. She specializes in working with adults who experience various mental health conditions, such as generalized anxiety disorder, major depressive disorder, and adjustment disorders. She currently runs her own private practice and also works as a clinical supervisor at a non-profit agency here in San Antonio. She practices strength based, solution-focused therapy, along with other therapies, such as person/client-centered therapy, EMDR, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
